How they work

Hi, I’m Rosa and I’ma Yoga Teacher, in my studio sometimes I have found myself with the challenge of doing different classes when the inspiration is not with you and that is why I got the idea to make these special cards. The fun of these cards is that you can work with them in many different ways.

Each deck is composed of 100 cards of excellent quality and a large size. They will: train you, help you prepare your classes, relax, find the balance, unblock the chakras and have fun.

It is a very special gift for your loved ones, even if they do not exercise it is a nice way to give them a tool to do it.

The fun of these cards is that you can work with them in different ways:

1.- Depending on how you feel that day and depending on what you want to work with, you choose from 10 to 14 cards and do a complete yoga class.

2. Do you feel that you have no flexibility? then choose only the cards with the yellow border and let the Universe take you to choose the ones your body needs.

3. Do you feel stressed out? then put the cards with the green border aside, turn them upside down and choose as many as you want to work on that day, the Universe will take you to choose the ones you need for that particular day.

4.- You have been doing yoga for years and one day you only want to practice more advanced asanas? then put away the cards with the black border and challenge your body.

Blue border color means warm up

Green border color means calm

Yellow border color means asanas to work cardio and/or flexibility

Red border color means to work strength

Black border color is only for advanced postures

Besides that, 7 more cards are included as a gift, the «Chacards» where each card refers to a chakra, there you can see the appropriate mudra and mantra to unblock and balance each chakra and thus balance our body and mind so the energy can flow perfectly in all our body.
